- 150ml chilled ginger ale
- 1 clementine wedge
- Ice
Method
- Fill a highball glass with ice.
- Pour in the rum.
- Top with the ginger ale and stir gently once.
- Squeeze the clementine wedge over the glass and drop it in.
For something slower, pour a single measure over one large ice cube and let it open up in the glass.
